Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, with the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In the event of a return due to dissatisfaction or if an item has been sent in error, any refund will be made immediately after the returned product has been received.
Order cancellation:
If you would like to cancel your order, you have 12 hours to do so. Contact us at info@auravire.com or through our Contact page immediately if you would like to cancel your order. If 12 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel your order as it may already have been shipped.
Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2–5 working days depending on your payment method. PayPal refunds are usually instant, whereas credit/debit card refunds may take a little longer.
We are not responsible for any error in the delivery address.

Refunds / Order Returns (if applicable):
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at info@auravire.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Please contact us at info@auravire.com or through our Contact page so we can provide you with our return address. Once the item is inspected, we will process your refund within 2–5 working days. You may also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
My item is damaged.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
AuraVire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon request, AuraVire will confirm the delivery address, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier details so the customer can investigate with the carrier.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
